Sourced from the Cauca region of Colombia, this dark-roasted Arabica coffee bean has a deeply complex profile (one we feel we have absolutely perfected). The most prominent tasting notes are dark chocolate and brown sugar.

We love drinking this coffee roast on those days that feel utterly complex and overwhelming, there is something about a dark roast that helps us process whatever is going on. But also we tend to brew a cup on those important adventure planning days when focus is required.
